In a talent competitive marketplace it’s growing more and more important for employers to differentiate themselves from others.  An Employee Value Proposition (EVP) can do just that.  An EVP describes the characteristics and appeal of working for an organization.  It is the combination of rewards, benefits and opportunities an employee promises to provide to their employees in exchange for their productivity, time and energy.  Basically, an EVP is everything your employees brag about to their peers.

    This presentation will:

    • Clearly define a well rounded EVP
    • The different attributes that are typically included
    • Why employer should invest in an EVP
    • What the research shows as benefits to having an EVP
    • How to successfully build an EVP within your organization.

Joe will show different examples of well-known companies and give a brief update on how the State of Washington is currently working on building their own EVP.
