    SHRM Olympia is proud to present Ms. Daleyn Coleman and Mr. Archie Smith.  Daleyn Coleman is the HR generalist for Lewis County.  She has over 16 years’ experience in County Government working in human resources and finance.  She is a certified labor relations professional and a certified public official.  She has been an athletic coach for over twenty years working with youth and families.  She has been a professional development coach for over three years.  And recently just became elected to her local school board.

    Archie Smith has over 20 years’ experience in HR.  He is the HR Administrator for Lewis County where he has been for over nine years.  Previously he was the HR Director for Griffith Centers for Children, a treatment program in Colorado for 14 years.  Archie has his masters is Social work, SPHR, and CLRP.  He has experience in law enforcement, military; and was a therapist working with conduct disorders, sex offenders, drug and alcohol, and hospice. He also was an internship placement supervisor for MSW students.

    This presentation will teach managers how to effectively coach employees.
