The HR professional of tomorrow isn't worried about "her seat at the table", she's focused on building powerful organization-wide relationships and driving data driven change. Are you?

In a 2012 study, The Society of Human Resources reported that one of the top priorities for HR in the next 10 years will be to create an organizational culture where trust, open communication and fairness are emphasized and demonstrated by leaders. The ability of HR leaders to understand business operations, proactively exhibit strategic agility, and analyze data will become core tools that aid HR professionals in accomplishing winning culture goals. Modify HR Tribe Stategist, Robert Humes, MSHR, will lead a discussion highlighting strategies that will empower you to build organizational trust, foster effective organizational communication, and identify culture champions.

    Learning Outcomes:

    1. Review the importance of navigating organization culture through effective communication.
    2.  Learn ways to engage leaders and build effective organizational relationships.
    3. Identify methods that allow particpants to use data to understand business implications and build HR strategies that result in proven results for the leaders they serve.
