    Lexa Donnelly is a Clinical Manager for the Community Support and Co-Occurring Disorders programs at Cascade Mental Health Care.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Pacific Lutheran University in 2001 and a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work in 2003.  After working with youth in therapeutic foster care, Ms. Donnelly began her career mental health at Cascade in 2005 as a child and family therapist.  She served briefly as the Hospital Liaison and became came a clinical manager in 2008.  Ms. Donnelly has been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Washington since 2009.  She became certified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor in 2011 and a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor in 2013. Ms. Donnelly was selected to participate in the 2013-2014 Addressing Health Disparities Leadership Program through the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. She is passionate about educating the community on mental health problems to reduce stigma and increase understanding in order to help more people who are experiencing symptoms seek treatment and find recovery. 

    Michele Wilsie is the Chief Financial Officer of Cascade Mental Health.  She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in Accounting and Management.  After a long history of working in for-profit companies at a Management Level, she decided to join the not-for profit world.  She joined Cascade almost ten years ago, as the Administrative Service Director.  In 2008 she was invited to become certified in providing Mental Health First Aid for Adults.  She has been providing trainings since that time.  In 2013 she became certified to provide Mental Health First Aid for Adults working with Youth.  Recently she became certified in Mental Health First Aid for Law Enforcement, Corrections and Public Safety.  She enjoys providing valuable information and tools to use to assist those who are interested in the topic of mental health.

    Ms. Donnelly and Ms. Wilsie will be presenting on how to determine if someone is in a crisis.  Recognizing, Assisting and Referring the Employee.  Specifically:
