    The spreaker will be Ben Lastimado, from the Washington State Patrol.  Currently, Ben is the Human Resources Operation Manager.  He is a HR practitioner with 26 plus years - 17 years in public higher education at the HR Executive level and 9 years as a Human Resource Officer in the United States Army (retired). Ben has over 10 years experience in the private and public sector consulting in HR and Organizational Development.

    Objectives of Training:

    1. Learn how HR systems impact organizational change and why HR is essential in being a major player in managing the change.
    2. Learn how HR can become much more of a “strategic partner” with top management and bring more added value to their HR position.
    3. Learn 3 organizational change models that HR leaders can utilize to strategize, facilitate, coach, and manage organizational wide changes
