The key to employee engagement has been hiding in the brain – who knew? HR has taken note of how such organizations as the Navy Seals and the NFL are using brain research for strategic advantage. It’s led us to a new approach called neuro-engagement and it’s guiding us toward a more informed and effective approach to getting and keeping our employees engaged. Find out what new research in neuroscience has to teach us about keeping our employees engaged.
