    The Human Resources Office (HRO) at the Department of Ecology in Lacey, WA is looking to fill a Senior Human Resource Investigator (Human Resource Consultant 4) position.


      The Administrative Specialist II – Office Supervisor serves as the District’s primary Headquarters office receptionist and supports the day-to-day business and administrative services under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director.  The position supervises the District’s volunteer receptionists and manages a variety of human resources systems providing moderate to complex clerical support.

    This is an adjunct position, Thursday evenings from September to December. The course analyzes the HR systems that managers need to successfully operate in today’s workplace.  Some of the topics would include: strategies in labor relations, recruiting, performance accountability, and the role performance evaluations play in gaining employee cooperation and achieving high levels of productivity.

    Tacoma Community College (TCC) is pleased to invite applications for HR Manager – Employment Services & Development and Talent Acquisition. This position is responsible for managing and performing a variety of specialized professional duties in support of employee services, investigations, labor relations, training and talent acquisition.  Provides supervision to employees performing recruitment related functions.  Provides technical expertise and oversight to ensure that recruiting activities are conducted appropriately and effectively.   Provides counsel and guidance to supervisors and employees in interpreting established laws, rules, guidelines, policies and procedures.  Develops, conducts, and oversees new employee orientations, on and off-boarding processes, as well as agency reporting.   Monitors, provides, and evaluates Human Resources related training and development needs for the College in conjunction with the Office of Organizational Learning and Effectiveness.  This position reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources and provides assistance in other departmental functions.
