    The Labor Relations Manager serve as the office's expert and point of contact for labor relations. Serves as the primary liaison between AGO management with exclusive bargaining representatives and external stakeholders.  Assist in the research, preparation, negotiation, and administration of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA), and serve as the agency's representative for all matters between with the union and the AGO. Consult with managers, other members of Human Resources, the Core Leadership Team (CLT), counsel, and the Office of Financial Management's (OFM) Labor Relations Office (LRO) on labor relations issues. Foster a positive relationship with union employees and representatives.  Manage grievances.  In close collaboration with the HR Training Team, provide labor relations training programs for supervisors and managers as necessary to ensure understanding of the CBA.

    Salary range: $52,536.00 - $70,632.00 Annually
